1. Agreement & Eligibility
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether individually or on behalf of an entity you represent) and Bizloom OS ("Bizloom", "we", "us", or "our"), governing your access to and use of the Bizloom OS cloud accounting software platform.
By registering an account, you represent and warrant that you are at least eighteen (18) years of age, possess the legal capacity to form a binding contract, and are authorized to bind the business whose details you register.
2. Description of the Service
Bizloom OS provides a zero-jargon operating system for small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs), sole proprietors, retailers, and commercial traders. Services include:
- Daily Notebook cash flow recording with automatic cash vs digital split tracking.
- Customer and supplier credit & debit registers (Khata Lena-Dena ledger).
- Point of Sale (POS) thermal slip generation and digital WhatsApp receipt sharing.
- Inventory SKU management, stock valuation, and low-inventory reorder alerts.
- Automated 1-click auditor-ready Profit & Loss statement export in PDF format.
- AI-powered financial natural text parsing and operational decision forecasting.
3. Mandatory Account Verification & Profile Onboarding
To safeguard commercial multi-tenant isolation, access is verified via Google OAuth. Guest demo access is strictly disabled. Following authentication, each tenant must complete the mandatory onboarding profile:
- Owner / Proprietor Full Legal Name
- Business or Store Trading Name
- Verified Contact / WhatsApp Number
- Operating Currency Standard (supporting INR, USD, AED, SAR, EUR, GBP)
- Optional Tax / GST Identification Number
Access to platform dashboards is restricted until valid core profile details are saved to our database.
4. Subscriptions, Fees & Payment Processing
Bizloom OS is offered across two transparent tiers:
Zero subscription cost. Includes Daily Notebook, basic Khata tracking, and monthly P&L summaries with no credit card required.
Paid subscription available on monthly or annual billing. Includes unlimited POS checkout, WhatsApp automated debt reminders, and priority support.
All online payments are processed through PCI-DSS Level 1 accredited Payment Gateway partners (including Stripe, Razorpay, or Cashfree). You authorize us and our payment partners to charge your selected payment method for applicable subscription fees and statutory taxes (such as GST at the prevailing rate).
5. Cancellation & 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee
We stand firmly behind our zero-jargon promise:
- 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee: If you upgrade to our Pro Plan and determine within the first seven (7) days that Bizloom OS does not fit your business needs, you may contact bizloom.in@gmail.com for an immediate 100% full refund with no questions asked.
- Anytime Cancellation: You may cancel recurring billing at any time directly through the Settings section of your dashboard. Upon cancellation, your Pro plan will remain active until the end of your current billing period, after which no further charges will occur.

6. Data Ownership & Cascading Deletion
You own all rights, title, and interest in your business data. Bizloom OS claims no ownership over your daily ledger entries, transaction notes, customer identities, or invoice contents.
You retain the absolute right to purge your data permanently at any time. Using the verified Danger Zone: Delete Account tool in Settings executes a full cascading delete that purges all user data across all tables and permanently destroys your authentication credentials.
7. Disclaimers & Professional Advice Limitation
Bizloom OS is an operational management and record-keeping software tool designed to simplify daily accounting for business owners.
Bizloom OS does not provide certified financial, legal, or tax advice. While our automated statements align with double-entry arithmetic, users should consult a qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) or certified tax advisor for official statutory audits and tax filing.
8. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms of Service and any dispute arising out of or related to your use of the platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
The courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement.
